So here is the deal. I will give you guys as much information about my computer and the problem that I am having. Thanks to everyone who is reading this because I really do appreciate it. I hope some of you guys might help because i have this problem for a long time and I really want it to go away 🙁

THE PROBLEM:
So yesterday i bought myself a computer game called Counter strike global offensive a.k.a CS:GO. I launched the game pressed the big PLAY button. I selected game mode and the server/game found some decent opponents and teammates for me. After I joined the game I started playing. The first couple of rounds everything was okay. But suddenly i stopped moving. I couldn't control my character and the players around me stopped shooting and moving as well but I could still hear voice chat in the game (people were talking to each other through microphones) After 10-15 seconds I got disconnected with a massage. Disconnected: You have been timed out.
I tried to play more rounds of counter strike in hope that it would go away but every time this happened. I had similar problem with games H1Z1 and Dayz... But never with games like World of warcraft and league of legends. I searched for the fixes on different forums and the fixes just didn't work for me... I'm really desperate because i keep wasting money for games that i cant even play. I wrote support ticket to steam (VALVE) and i'm waiting for their response for 1 week. They probably wont even respond to my ticket to be honest... In game there are little boxes besides players on score menu and in that boxes there are numbers of how much ping does a play have. I usually get 10-15 ping so I really doubt that the ping would cause this kind of problem. I thought that my internet connection was causing this. But when i was playing this game and talking to people on skype it happened again but skype was still stable and my internet as well so i really don't think the internet is causing this kind of problem.

INTERNET:
My internet speed is: 10-30 ping 6.50 download speed (mbps) and 0.80 upload speed (mbps) I think i have good internet connection to play this game because i have seen people with worse connection than this and they could play the game :/ I'm also connected directly to the TP-Link TL-SF1008D 8-port fast ETHERNET switch which is upstairs. My computer and that box are connected with a cable that looks something like this http://www.freshmango.com/img/products/xLarge/rj11-cable-863.jpg The box that i'm connected to is connected directly to the modem ARRIS.

PC Specs:
Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 4650 Series
Processor: Intel core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 2.40 Ghz
RAM: 4 GB
Network adapter: Realtek RTL8139/810x Family Fast Ethernet NIC
Operating system: Windows 7 64 bit

Let me know if you guys need anything else. I really need to fix this problem. The only thing that makes my day better is playing some games with my friends and now i cant even do that anymore 🙁

TNX TO EVERYONE WHO IS GOING TO HELP. I REALLY REALLY DO APPRECIATE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU THAT IS GOING TO HELP. Thank you soo much again :') you guys are awesome.

I cant open up the link, likely just the network I am on though.
The url says rj11 cable. That is a phone cable not one for computers (called Ethernet).
A rj11 cable has 4 pins on it, an rj12 has 6 pins and an rj45 which is what you should be using has 8 pins.

If you are using an rj11 from your pc to the box then that might just be your problem.

FYI 6.5mbps download and .8mbps is pretty low.

Hmm i think that's it man ! But how should i fix this problem ? But i'm sure and on the other side i'm not sure that this will work because when i played dayz in my living room i was connected directly to linksys and the similar problem happened to me. But i don't know which cable did i use. I don't even know if i sent you the right image of my cable...

Yes i did that and the cable had 8 pins i'm using rj-45 cable in my computer and i went and checked the cable which was in the box and it had 8 pins as well. Is that right ? two rj-45 cables ?

That is right, you do have rj45 Ethernet cables.

At this point it will be hard to tell if it is your PC or your ISP.
Only thing I can recommend at the moment is if you can take your PC to a friends with a faster web connection and set it up and see if it still disconnects from the game (and if your friend does not disconnect from the same game server).

Hmm okay thank you so much man. I will take it to my sisters house tomorrow probably. But the cable is very long it has to go through another floor to get to the Ethernet box its a really long way. I will try to move the box down into my room and i will see if that fixes it. But why do you think that my computer could be causing the problem though ?

Ufff then it more then enough 😛 The cable is not damaged. Is there anything else that i should try ? Otherwise i will just bring the computer to my sisters house and see if the game will run smooth there. If it will i will call my ISP if they won't do nothing about it i will just change the ISP and i really dont care xD Thank you so much man 😀

For future reference, a RJ11 cable will not work at all for networking. Gigabit ethernet uses all 8 wires (4 pairs). Fast ethernet uses 4 wires (2 pairs), but it's wires #1, #2, #3, #6. Whereas RJ11 would only connect #3, #4, #5, #6.

So plugging in a RJ11 cable into a network port will result in no network connection at all. You may get some lights to turn on, but communications will only be one-way so the computer can't negotiate any network connection. (You can however plug a phone's RJ11 cable into RJ45 wiring. If your business has RJ45 cabling in the walls and you want to use one as a phone line in a pinch, you can plug in RJ11 cables at both ends, connecting the middle 4 wires. Won't work with a switch, but it will work with raw wiring.)

And the symptoms OP describes sound like he needs to do some port forwarding on his modem/router. Assign your computer a static IP address. Find which ports each game needs:
http://portforward.com/english/applications/port_forwarding/publishers/Valve_Corporation.htm

Forward those ports to the static IP address you've assigned your computer.
