Internet Dropping Out

My internet keeps dropping out which is becoming very inconvenient for ranked CS:GO matches. This happens to all devices around my house including IOS devices (I have a windows pc). I'm with Optus and have a NetGear R8000 Nighthawk X6 signal booster, when the wifi is down all devices are still connected but are not transferred any actual wifi. If i check on the LED lights on the Optus router all lights are off except power.

If it happens on ALL devices at the same time, it is either the router, or outboard of that (the ISP).

Have you contacted your ISP to see whats up?

No I have not, but I will get onto that
