Did you try using nslookup.exe for the domains listed above ?
for example
nslookup.exe windowsupdate.microsoft.com
Server: pi.hole
Address: 192.168.10.115

DNS is working correctly.
Unless your ISP is blocking something. Using the phone hotspot would be the way to test that.
