What version of windows?
Is it possible you are using a grey market windows key that has windows update tied to a non-windows entity ?

If, for example you were trying to run Windows Enterprise or Educational for example, that would typically be tied to a SUS server that is not owned by Microsoft.
Windows Home or Pro should be tied back to Microsoft for updates.

I see that you do have a WIFI adapter. Have you tried your phone as a hotspot to give you a quick independent network? That would rule out your wired internet connection.

Unless your ISP is blocking something. Using the phone hotspot would be the way to test that.

i can download everything with hostspot but i cant download stuff using wifi but i could before on my old computer
