Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.perform_maintain (More info?)

Every time I lauch my browser it doesn't load the pages, but instead, in the
address bar, goes to http://// . I can hit the back button multiple times and
get to the desired page, but it is basically non-functional. Any ideas?
