Internet Explorer & Outlook, Not Windows Live Mail

Hello,
I have Windows 7 & Microsoft Office 2007, I'm using Outlook that came with "Office". At one time I downloaded Windows Live Mail. Now when I try to send e-mail from "Internet Explorer" it uses "Windows Live Mail", how can I make "Internet Explorer" use my "Outlook".

Go to "Default Programs" from the Start Menu (right-hand side). This lets you choose which program is the default for e-mail and other applications.
