Hello guys,
I'm having this strange issue with my PC monitor. Recently I bought Acer ED240Q monitor and when I connected it, the internet is unplugged. However, the wifi works perfectly fine with my old monitor. When connected to new monitor it shows errors below.

I've tried every possible solution, updated drivers, network reset and many more and even made a clean installation of windows 10, but nothing works.

My system configuration is,

Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5500 @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz 4GB RAM
Gigabyte G41M-Combo PCI-Express, Intel G41 Chipset
Windows 10 Pro 32-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Wifi router - TP-Link Wireless N Router WR845N

Please help me with this issue.

First, are you using WIFI or an ethernet cable? You mention both in your post.

And I will ask if the PC has both the Ethernet adapter and the wireless network adapter enabled at the same time? Should only be one or the other. Not both enabled at the same time.

Run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt and post the results here.

You should be able to copy and paste the results without needing to retype everything.

Thank you for the reply. My PC is only connected to Ethernet Adapter. It is of RJ45 Cat5 type. I've also tried replacing with other cable. It doesn't work too. I'm assuming three scenarios from my point of view.

1. If the LAN cable which is of optical cable type connected directly to the CPU, then I can access internet. (Old monitor and new monitor, both works)

2. If there is any problem with the ethernet cable, then it shouldn't work when PC is connected to the old monitor. (But it works)

3. If there is any interference between the new monitor power adapter and Wifi router adapter, that is stopping from accessing internet.

This: "1. If the LAN cable which is of optical cable type connected directly to the CPU,"

Two questions:

1) What is printed on the "optical type" cable?

2) Do you mean motherboard and not CPU? The cable being plugged into the motherboard's I/O panel.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Also post the results of "ipconfig /all".

Yes, the cable is plugged into the motherboard's i/O panel.
