Question Internet issues, unstable ping, packloss icons...

So pretty much my internet is completely fine when no other device is doing something intensive like playing an online game or streaming video from netflix etc... If any one in my house decides to watch netflix, play on a console or something any online pc game becomes unplayable for me, my ping is very unstable constantly going up and down and I get the in game packet loss system icons pop up. Im aware that there may be no way to fix this other than change isp or change package etc but I dont lose anything by asking.

Who is your ISP?

Make and model modem, router, or modem/router (if combo)?

Who manages your home's network router? You may need assistance from the person to look at the router's logs if such logs are available and enabled.

How many devices on your home network: wired and wireless?

Are you able to run "ipconfig /all" via the command prompt on your computer and post the results?
