Internet issues Windows 7

i am using windows7 o.s internet connect for last one year.but this weak network connected ping on other ip and my network place show on all other system name. but internet not connect.

Is the IP address static or dynamic? Check what "ipconfig /all" shows on a PC that has access to the Internet and on yours. Only the IP address should be different.
