I'm trying to download a file, but my internet keeps showing the red circle with a cross then reconnects almost instantly. Not just when downloading files, but even surfing or even inactivity on the pc. Please give me possible solutions

Ok thanks. This confirmed what I thought was going on with your computer. Since your laptop works fine with no issue, this means there's nothing wrong with the physical network connection and the that the issue resides with your computer. Based on my experiences, this issue is with your computer's hardware, specifically your onboard network interface card (The network port that the network cable plugs into). You could try and use canned air to blow out the port. Maybe there is dust/lint inside the nic port that is obstructing the contact points of the port and the end of the cable.

Though I don't think software will fix your issue (as it appears to be a hardware issue) you could try reinstalling the network drivers (software) for...
1| Are you on a desktop or a laptop? Regardless, can you pass on an SKU to your laptop or the full system's specs to your desktop?
2| Have you made sure your motherboard/laptop BIOS is up to date?
3| Have you made sure your networking adapters drivers are installed with the latest version?
4| Have you ruled out that the ISP isn't faulty and or your router(if any) isn't malfunctioning?

Have you went to your network adapters properties/ power management and unchecked the box that says "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"? That's a start.
Also make sure your mobo/ nic drivers are current.

Wired or wireless?

Hi, I am no computer geek so if you could explain how to check most this stuff. Most I can tell you is that it is a desktop, a HP (will provide model tomorrow when i can find specs) and my there is no problem with my ISP since it works with other devices

I've tried that but no use

It's wired, I tried the uncheck power management thing but what are the mobo/nic drivers?

My pc is a HP 110-052ea Desktop PC, my network adapter drivers are up to date

First try a different port on your router. If the issue stops, then there's a problem with the original port on your router.
Second try a different computer (if you can) and connect it using that network connection. A laptop will make this easier. Make sure you disable the wireless on your laptop before testing.
If the problem stops, then you know the issue isn't with the connectivity, but with your computer itself.
Again, it would be helpful if you could take a screen shot of what you are seeing so we can see it. I know it comes and goes, but you need to try harder to help us, so we can help you. List your full hardware specifications. What computer do you have? Is it custom build? If so list all of your independent internal hardware components please.
Either way you're going to have to put effort into this if you want it resolved. Since you don't know much about technology you're likely going to have to pay someone to come out to your residence and troubleshoot the issue since you aren't able to do so.

I've tried a different port, but that doesn't work. I connected a laptop but it worked perfectly. The pc is a HP 110-052ea
OS: Windows 10
Motherboard: IPM61-TB (Tenby-U
Processor: Intel Core i3 3240T
Memory: 8GB
Video Graphics: Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD Integrated Graphics
Sound/Audio: Integrated Realtek ALC662
Networking: LAN: 10BASE-T - Integrated into motherboard - Realtek 8106E-CG Ethernet Controller
Power Supply: External 90W

I have taken two screenshots to show what it swaps between. I've used TinyPic to host, here are the URLS:

Since your board doesn't appear to have any expansion slots, the only way to get around this issue is to purchase a usb to Ethernet adapter, then plug your network cable into this adapter instead of the network port on your computer.
