[SOLVED] Internet keeps on randomly disconnecting

This issue has started happening only within the past 2 weeks. I have a contract with BT for Fibre and unlimited bandwidth. I just randomly lose connection to the internet for ~10 seconds at a time on most devices I own, whether that be Ethernet or Wi-Fi. I've tried restarting the router and unplugging all cables at the back but it still doesn't run stable. It mainly happens when I watch YouTube video's or I try to join a server on multiplayer games. I honestly have no clue as to what the issue is as it has only started happening in the past 2 weeks. BT hasn't been much help either. Thanks

I'd keep staying on BT about it because if your setup was working fine and you didn't change anything, there shouldn't be an issue on your side, especially with all the devices simultaneously.
