internet network adapter all of a sudden stopped working

At first I was trying to figure out how to make my duel monitors work on my amd hd radeon 6670, I had one vga and one vga to dvi port plugged in but for some reason the second monitor would not pick up.

Anyway I have a bigger problem on my hands now, after looking around in the bios I couldnt find anything for my monitors and went back to windows to go and search for help online, this is when my internet stopped working. I went back to bios and reset everything back to default still no help.

Went into device manager and it has a yellow danger mark on the network adapter, not sure what that means?

Can anyone help me get my internet back up and running? Im hitting endless problems with this pc 🙁

The Yellow warning mark usually means the network adapter driver became corrupted. Just download and reinstall from your motherboard manufacturer/system builder's web site.

My motherboard is Gigabyte H81m-s2pv so I just search that up on googlw then download the latest drivers onto my usb then put it on my computer with the corrupted network adapter and install it?
