Internet not working in Windows 10

I was just playing dota 2 and the ping was high so I assumed it might be my IP address so I used the ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew command in CMD because I always encounter these sort of problems and this always works for me... and all of the sudden my laptop is stuck at "No internet connection, identifying" state...

I plug the LAN connector from the modem to my other desktop PC running windows 10 pro and it connects to the internet in an instant... I tried it on another Windows 7 laptop and still it has an internet connection...

Have you tried resetting your modem?

Yes I did same with my laptop

All three computers are running at the same time and I connect the UTP cables one by one (cuz the modem only supports 1 computer @ 3 mbps)

Anyways I guess I fixed it by trying the "Reset this PC" option
