Question Internet resets - tried everything - Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I219-V

Hi, I hope some of you wizards can help me.


I have tried different drivers, updated everything( i think), I have tried 2 different routers - but my problem persists. My internet will drop for maybe 10-30 seconds, then I will be connected again. This is ethernet.

It will happen maybe 2-3 times a day (from what I experience).



The error I see every time in error log is this :



"The network interface "Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I219-V" has begun resetting. There will be a momentary disruption in network connectivity while the hardware resets. Reason:The network driver requested that it be reset"

Nobody read those status dump.

All I want to know is:

Did this EVER worked?
It worked before, most likely W10 obliterated your good driver with a bad update. Suggest run RESTORE to a prior good checkpoint.

Is this a new build?
Must get W10 dedicated driver from Mobo's vendor, nowhere else.

Have you hooked this up directly to the back of the modem?

Have you tried another cable?

Other devices in the house work fine?

Yes it worked (I believe - i never noticed it at least) before I did a bios update. I tried rolling it back, that did not help, so i updated it again. I am hooked up directly to modem. I have tried 2 different modems and 3 different cables. All drivers are from Vendors site(Asus). I only have 1 pc, so I don't know if it happens on other devices - I will try and notice if wifi is gone next time it happens.
