Internet shuts off when downloading games.

1st Issue
An issue i'm having is whenever I download something wither it be on the Xbox One via wired/wirless, Pc via wireless/wired my internet will shut off, I then have to go unplug and plug my MODEM, and it works fine again for awhile. If it's a long download it'll do it again and again.

2nd Issue
Another issue i'm having is trouble accessing my router admin panel. I have an Asus rt-ac66r, and when i type in "192.168.1.1" in my web browser i get a "No data received ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE" Error.

IF it's your modem, then you should check the log on your modem, assuming you can. If it's your router/firewall, then you should check the logs on that. If you don't have access to any logs, you're left to guessing.

I don't believe these issues are connected, they very well maybe. But I was just posting them together to save forum space.. I can't or don't know how to check the logs either.

Please factory restore your router and reconfigure it once again. it will start working fine. if it is still not working fine then please let us know. i will give you other suggestions.

I have tried the button factory reset, as well as the 30-30-30 reset, nothing seemed to work.
ADDITIONAL INFO: This did happen, after updating to a new fireware if that has anything to do with it.

I can't access the router anymore through the admin panel. I get an error everytime I try to check it.
And also don't remember if i check it or not..
