Internet slow for other's when I use cable

So I have 4 computer's in total. 3 of them are laptop's and use wifi, and I use cable. So Everytime I use cable I get complain's that their internet is slow for them, but mine is fine. I got pretty good Internet speed about 400-500 Up&Down and I don't know what's the damn issue.

Use QOS to balance data type priorities. If WIFI is good when your offline, could be a sign that the routers CPU is struggling.

It could be the case. Because I started a download now and another laptop's internet went slow.
