Internet Speed capped at 1.3 mbps

In my old pc i was getting 8mbps download speed but in my new gaming pc download speed capped at 1.3mbps before it was 8mbps

Be sure ur not confusing megaBIT vs megaBYTE.

Sounds like you've got the units mixed. 8mb/s = 1MB/s. What rough speeds do other devices receive? (WiFi results are fine).
