Hello, I know this is going to look like a wall of text but I have a lot of information to give.
I have a tp link tl wdn4800 - ISP:Comcast
Posted here are 3 links: https://gyazo.com/beee01bb39712334f4967de71c384956 - https://gyazo.com/5b2243866e07c7e94aa871d75e72cfac - https://gyazo.com/3e0109845d374c146da025728ca65001 - The first one is of a different computer in my house, different room. The second one is of a laptop in the same room as me. The third one is my desktop. As you can see, the first and second screenshots don't vary much in speed and are usable. The third one however, as you can see, fluctuates greatly and frequently. The second screenshot (my laptop) was taken less than 2 feet from the location of the third screenshot(my desktop). My desktop has not always had this problem however. For ~10 months it was perfectly find until roughly a month ago it had this fluctuating issue. It would then fix its self for roughly a week and go back to fluctuating. I find it odd that two computers would have no fluctuation issues but another would.
Here is a list of screenshots with information I'd consider relevant: https://gyazo.com/a38a95058e74419aed76a13aabf3a001 - https://gyazo.com/4fcbd68cefe23729268703546960ab0b - https://gyazo.com/baf44f124c1cfe337c2a6533a4397547 (this one isn't as useful, but is here just to show that the connection is not completely disrupted.)
My software as far as I'm concerned. If anybody has any suggestions/solutions it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for reading.
Edit: Here is a blatent speed test https://gyazo.com/1d251a951a8185badfd0211c9a04a669
Also, ethernet is not an option for my location.

WiFi is very susceptible to environmental variables. At the weak end of the performance scale, even someone walking around the room can affect.

Neighbors, a microwave oven, cordless phone, etc, etc....all can impact. And unpredictably.

Well I found out what the problem was. By scouring the internet for quite some time now, I found this by user NielsDB of this forum. "If you have corsair keyboard, headset and using the cue software you might delete the 2 dll's from the map "bearer" since they are causing this issue (it's also confirmed by corsair mods on their forum)." So I looked this up and came across this: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?p=873638 (If linking to this forum is not allowed I'm sorry but it is very helpful to those with this problem).
After deleting the 2 dlls my internet has been much more consistent and the fluctuation is gone. It is still not perfect (it is wireless) but is back to the way it was before.
