As suggested a 4K video consumes about 30Mbps so your 300Mbps internet can accommodate about 10 PCs watching 4K streams at the same time.

However you probably have to have some sort of internet cafe management system to control a lot of things.

I would say if you don't know enough to tell THIS on your own, you probably don't know enough to safely run a service that lets people have access to PCs you own doing things on an Internet connection that you are responsible for.

What do you mean by rental, something like a internet cafe where people come and use the internet at your business?

It really depends on what you plan to allow the customer to do. Simple web surfing it way more than enough. You could have all 10 machines watching 4k netflix at the same time and it would use 30mbps.
yes yes internet cafe
The first question needs to be, "What are the rental computers going to be used for?".

-Wolf sends
mostly online and offline games / media consumption / docs printing
And the second question is "What is your plan to prevent a single person/system from monopolizing your bandwidth?"
Third question "How are you managing operating system updates to prevent them from monopolizing your bandwidth?"
i think ethernet / switch hub? diskless setup

i just dont know if the uplink and ping/latency will do just fine
