Internet speed stuck slow

So on my phone when I do a speed test I get around 300mbps with my iPhone. I am hardwired on my pc, but only get around 30mbps. I have even tried WiFi on this computer and still only get a max of like 25mbps. I am stuck and have looked up everything. Installed all the drivers for the lan. Deleted them and reinstalled everything changed the duplex to 100 full instead of auto. I just don’t know what to do next. My motherboard supports 1gb internet so I shouldn’t be having a problem. Any help. I appreciate it.

make sure on your wired pc your using a cat 5e or better cable. a cheap cable may be the issue.

And what router do you have?
Typically if the auto setting doesn't select gigabit then the cable has a problem.

Well even on WiFi it’s limited, and on my phone I have perfect connection.
