So my normal D/UP speed is 100Download and 100Upload, the isp cable goes through the router then to my pc.

After like 5-6 hours my download and upload speed go to 10 download and 5 upload.

to fix this I have to manually restart the router.

I've read about a dude fixing this by disabling firewall in his router settings.

These are my settings, should I disable stuff?

Any solution ?

If you are connected to your ISP dynamically, which is the most likely case, look at the lease time that they give you when you connect. If the time frame matches when your connection usually drops in speed, then most likely, your ISP is throttling your network throughput after a given amount of time.
You could also ask your ISP if your service is guaranteed speed, or "up-to" a certain speed. A lot of ISPs usually do this when their infrastructure is not large enough to fit all their client base.

I think it's not the ISP's fault, it's my router's fault and some reviews of the router say that it has a DHCP bug (the thing with the lease time) whenever it changes my internet goes down, I think I kind of fixed this by increasing the lease time to 48h.

EDIT* Forgot to add the router.
