Question Internet upload disappearing ?

The problem is that when I play a game like CS (but not only in CS) at random intervals like 1 hour or so the game freezes and I can't move at all. I can hear the in-game voice chat and also I can hear my friends on discord but no-one can hear me. Its like my packet uploading just stops. And after like 20 seconds or so the game unfreezes and I'm in a completely different location and everyone can hear me again. What could the possible solution be ? I have tried restarts on both router and computer.

for the sake of this thread, we're also going to need to know the make and model of your networking gear, considering how you've posted this thread in the networking section.

What other titles have you taxed with the system? Include the age of the PSU apart from the make and model of the unit.
