Suppose, I am watching a HD video of 30 minutes on any online website e.g. - YouTube, both on mobile and PC. Which one uses more of internet usage and particularly how much?

It can vary alot depending on the site but in general a PC will consume more bandwidth (higher bitrate) than a mobile (lower bitrate, res, and audio usually).

Yes, as the guy above me said, desktop sites usually offer higher bitrate than mobile, for example on my phone, I can only watch youtube videos up to 480p.I think this can vary from phone to phone, but it's usually limited.
