Internet way to slow

My internet is way to slow on my computer. My phone is getting 120 megabits but my computer is only getting 15-25 megabits. ISP looked at it and said it was the computer.

Gtx 1060

if you connect your computer to your router with wireless it might indeed be your computer .

It works fine with ethernet. I would rather not run a 100ft cord through my house though.

then you need better wireless on both ends , or maybe tweak your wifi options , maybe you connect to the 5 ghz band which is shorter in range ?

Tried all that and still nothing.
Wifi is good just not on this computer. My ping is like at 300ms.
