Interrupted Internet service

My internet gives lot of problems. The service gets interrupted most of the time. Internet indicator on the modem stops intermittently. Many a time, it displays, “This page cannot be displayed”. Lodging a complaint does not improve the situation. Can they intentionally block?

They can block service for a reason (not paying your bill, illegal downloads, etc..). What did you try to fix this already? Reboot router/modem, check for updates for firmware, try another system to rule out your computer?
