Intervals of low fps in multiple games i play

Hey all, I've come to the forums hopefully seeking an answer to an issue that has been recently ongoing in my games. In all the games i normally play, (Fortnite, Rainbow 6, Overwatch, etc.) I get straight 60 fps all of the time. As i play, I experience short fps drops ranging into the 20s-30s for about 40 second intervals. It started happening more and more frequently, ongoing multiple times throughout the match compared to once every couple of matches. I'm not too sure what the issue could be, so any help is appreciated.

16 gigs Hyperx ram

750 w power supply
