Hello,
I mistakenly deleted InterVideo WinCinema from and now I have no soung. How do I get it Back? I tired to restore my computer several times but with no results!

That software is usually pre-installed on your computer or comes with a packaged DVD drive, check your disks for a software installation for either of those. Make sure you don't do a system restore, just look for the software disk. Most companies make is so you can re-installe the software packages separately for people who do what you just did.
