[SOLVED] Invalid bios image

tried to update an not too old sustem and when i tried to update bios is told me -Invalid BIOS image- any help or idea?

What parts, did you get the new BIOS from the manufacturer, are you following the manufacturers instruction exactly...?

H110M-S2PV DDR4 mobo
i5-6400 cpu
right now i have f2 bios and i download f3 version from the gigabyte site

i have and 7th gen cpu and i want to upgrade the bios so it can support 7th gen
also at f20 it says - This BIOS prohibits updating to earlier version BIOS - so i suppose i have to download f3

i just had to install the latest bios update
