Invalid format to every game

I have a 32 inch led tv as my monitor and Im using it for 5 months now then this morning it suddenly became invalid format when Im playing with my games I have already changed the resolution but nothing happens.

Im currently on 1280x1024 but I had always used 1600x1280.
any ideas? cause I cant play
