Invalid root in registry key "HKCU\software\...

I have been getting this script error upon start/restart for a while now. I am not sure if it does anything to my PC, but it's just annoying.
It happened to me a few years back (not sure if it's the exact error) but after extensive research, I could not figure out any way to get rid of it and had to reinstall Windows. I really don't want to go through the reinstall process if I can help it.
Things I have done so far:
Used Malwarebytes anti malware and Malwarebytes Junkware Removal tool to no avail.
Also used CCleaner registry cleaner with no success.
Any ideas how to fix this script error without having to reinstall Windows?

Disable all those crossed out items and restart your pc.

I proceeded by elimination and the culprit seems to be "Windows Command Processor"!
The error is no longer happening upon restart.

by the way, what does "Windows Command Processor" do anyway?

That's most likely just a name of registry key. You have to look at data value of this registry key.
Look in:

• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
