Iomega External Hard Drive in Location 0?

So I plugged in my external hard drive (which worked about a month ago) and It couldn't be located in my computer so I reinstalled some drivers from and it appeared when I go to system>hardware>device manager>universal serial bus controller. But for some reason it still wouldn't show up in My Computer and it said it's in location 0. I googled it and It says to go to manage my computer>disk management> and then click on "change drives letter and paths". The problem is it won't allow me to click it. This thing has just been pissing me off for a couple of hours so if anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated. :/
