Iomega home storage manager cant find device

Hello,
I have just bourd a Iomega Home media 1TG, pluged it in my router, but then either XP or the Home storage manager can find anything!

I have tried there online hotline. They said I should re-install the software. I did. Didnt work. Then I download'et the newest software, reset the harddisk and still 'no device found' and nothing appears in explorer in XP...
