iOS 9 Problems (NEED HELP)

I got the iOS 9 public beta. Before so, I made an iCloud backup. After the update was finished, I realized wifi wasn't working well, and it was very laggy. I'm using a 16 GB iPad mini 2. I went to install the backup, but there was no backup. I need help! Internet is life! I tried to reset my iPad but it wouldn't let me because I had the beta installed.

You need to do a factory restore so that it downloads ios 8.4 as you can not restore from 9 to an 8 backup you had made. Do a google search on how to put your ipad in recovery mode and if you follow the directions, it will load up 8.4 ios and then your backup should show up.
