Hello . I need some help.
I use monthly internet service with routers connected to optics .
my question is
1.does the server
see my internet service provider ip, or see my ip router,
or see ip on my laptop??
if I use VPN on my laptop. Will the server still see my IP?

because I use the internet online at my home.

2.if I buy an additional router and use vpn on my laptop I will not see my ip?

thank you

Please answer my question

Assuming your ISP assigns you a routeable IP address the server will see that address. If the ISP is giving you a private IP and using NAT then it will see the shared IP from the ISP router.

A VPN correctly installed on your laptop will appear to be coming from the IP address of the VPN. There are some exposures related to DNS that can expose your actual IP but most vpn clients do not have that exposure. There are leak detection web sites that will test.

Putting a second router to run the VPN will pretty much be the same as running a vpn client on the laptop. I tend to use VPN on a router because it allows multiple devices to use the VPN and I can change VPN providers without uninstalling and reinstalling software. Of course a extra router costs money.
