Question IP BAN

I want to avoid IP ban. I try to create new account with using VPN. I purchased NordVPN with dedicated IP, but everytime I create new account on the platform they track me down. Is it possible that my device IP is banned and it is vissible to them even if I use VPN? How do I change it? What I can do to finally avoid the ban. I don't understand completly how this works.

As you were told in your other thread. We can't help you avoid an IP ban. Helping with security workarounds is against the rules of this board. Ask again and you will be sanctioned.
