Ipad air 2 stuck on OTA screen

Need help here my ipad started dropping wifi and i read it was an ios 8 bug so i decided to update over the air 3 days ago tried everything to restore it such as dfu mode, recovery mode, hard reset but nothing itunes dosent recognise it. It was also jailbroken if that helps.

Take your iPad to an Apple Store and have them hard reset the iPad. If an Apple store is not available in your area, contact Apple iPad Support and have them assist you:

Took it to Apple they had it fixed in under 30mins.
