iPhone corrosion help

I was cleaning my iPhone n water got in . That was basically 1 month ago . And I was wondering what happens if I didn't get it fix . But my iPhone works perfectly fine .

Should be perfectly fine in most cases. If it has been a month and there is no damage it would have been minimal.
If there was severe water damage you would have noticed it within a few weeks, because touch responsiveness and pixels would begin to drop off in terms of quality.
