Basically what I'm trying to do is see how long the iphone 5c's battery lasts while the CPU is under full load.

It is jailbroken, so I have cydia and terminal command line available.

If this could possibly damage my phone from heat damage, then I'd rather not try this, but I doubt apple would design a cooling system that couldn't handle the CPU/GPU it is supposed to be cooling.

Some specs:
-iPhone 5c
-iOS 7.0.4

I wouldn't really do that; I feel like it would damage the CPU. I am pretty sure the design of any mobile phone does not take into account running the CPU at FULL load for a couple hours. It is very unrealistic, therefore they don't design for it. That being said, there are software fail-safes that might prevent damage, but im not sure you can rely on them if your phone has been jail broken.

That being said, if your goal is to characterise battery performance, you can try having the screen on for a while and see how long it will last.

On a side note, it is not good to completely drain your iPhones battery, as it can shorten its lifespan.
