iphone trouble with apps I didn't install

I recently got a phone, been working fine then a couple days ago apps I didn't install started appearing. I removed them, they came back the next day. I stuck in Avast Security and it found 6 apps I didn't install and removed them.

They came back. Each time sooner. The most recent had a heat warning from my cpu and 8 open windows.

I shut off my wifi on it and they haven't come back in the past hour, what do I do so I can go back to wifi on it?

I would start by restoring it to factory settings.

It was a freebie phone they gave out. How do I reset to factory settings?

Ah when connected it says: Blaze X500

Edit 2: This one ad is still popping up,when I tab it to windowed it's got "System Component" along the top no matter the image.

These people will come out with phones. A free one and a better one at cost. They make sure you are qualified, have food support, ect. If you do they give you the phone and unlimited minutes for calling.

My first two died before a month, this one lasted then got infested.

Found directions for a hard reset. I used it and when I chose Recovery I got a screen showing "No command"

The iOS runs on TruConnect, and looking them up I see reviews almost all 1 star. =(

Found an old video, years old, the directions worked on my phone...
