IPS Glow or Backlight Bleed?

Hi,

I just bought a Dell Ultrasharp U2414H and I love it, however I noticed it's got some issues with glow or bleeding, but I'm unsure if it is one or the other.

I know all IPS panels will have some degree of glowing, but I was hoping if you could tell me if this is an acceptable amount.

I believe IPS Glow = Balcklight Bleed.

All LCDs will have this to some degree. It's very hard to tell from photos.

IPS glow is NOT backlight bleed!
IPS glow happens when you get too close to the monitor and the color changes slightly at the edges. Ergo, if you move your head around and it changes, it is not backlight bleed.

To make it easier to tell the differences between those 2:
Backlightbleed is independent from viewing angle and distance.
IPS glow is dependent from viewing angle and distance.
