IPS monitor help (sorry for beating a dead horse)

I'm on a pretty low budget however I feel like I deserve a IPS monitor since I'm using a really crappy Dell square monitor I got for free from one of my Graphic Design teachers and the colors are so horrible and the whites and blacks suck.

DISCLAIMER: I've just learned about IPS monitors so if someone can recommend me one that is better than these two please do so.

Budget: I'd like to stay at 150 or below, below is better...

I'd go Asus, I generally to to Asus or BenQ for monitors

I'm currently using 3 of the same AOC monitors you mentioned. They work amazing and colors are outstanding! 5MS response time is good. Other than that I love them.
