IPS Monitor or FreeSync Monitor?

So the final piece I need in my gaming setup is a monitor. I've found two options, both are 24'' and have 1ms response times. However, one has FreeSync whilst the other does not. The panel on this monitor however is TN. Whilst the panel on the other one is IPS.

Now I play a variety of games both triple-A and competitive like CS:GO, so which of the two monitors would give me the most value for money? Is IPS better than FreeSync or is it vice versa? Thanks.

If it's has 60 refresh rate then their no reason to get freesync I love the picture of a IPS monitor.

If you play competitive shooters and plan on playing serious with a team then go 120/144hz freesynch

If you're not playing so much for and enjoy different genres and also use the display to watch movies with high comfort and pleasure, then go IPS
