[SOLVED] IPS to VA panel

I came from an asus vc239H IPS monitor, and as I switched to gamdias atlas 236C, there is a big difference. Big/bold letters seems to have a pixelated shadowy effect compared to an IPS which has a very clear display of letters. Also, this monitor seemed like the images became more pixelated, is it normal for a VA panel?

And is it normal to notice a very big difference when switching from IPS to VA Panel?
Also, sometimes, it flickers sometimes, but it happens rarely though.
This is a 144hz, freesync (gsync compatible) monitor. Is my monitor having some issues?

Could be the fact that it's a cheaper generic monitor, don't see much info about it at all, except some stuff on Facebook.
