Hey, yall. The software IPVanish recently came out with an update to the software, so I decided it was a good idea to update that. I was running the software when it prompted me and everything was fine and working as intended.
After downloading and installing the new update (while the software was still running), I'm no longer able to connect to any of the servers. UDP and TCP both act the same. I will choose a server, hit connect. It does the usual "Connecting to XXXXXXX" then "Initiating/Configuring VPN." However, it then disconnects and gives the message "Disconnected: Not Secure IP Address: XX.XXX.XXX.XX."
I've put in a support ticket with them and haven't yet heard back, so I figured I'd give you good people the opportunity to help me out. Any ideas? Anyone with a similar issue? Thanks!
