I have bought Evga GTX 1050ti SC recently, i've installed the latest drivers and when i check nvidia control panel's system information, it says "IRQ Not Used". I don't know what IRQ is, or if it affects my overall performance or not. Is this an issue or not ?

Stands for "Interrupt Request." PCs use interrupt requests to manage various hardware operations. Devices such as sound cards, modems, and keyboards can all send interrupt requests to the processor. For example, when the modem needs to run a process, it sends an interrupt request to the CPU saying, "Hey, hold up, let me do my thing!" The CPU then interrupts its current job to let the modem run its process.

now why your GTX1050ti doesn't use any is a good question I run a GTX970 and in device manager > Display adapter >. Video card Name > Resources.
I see IRQ listed, maybe you need to check there. it could be misreported by AMD
