IRQL blue screen error message

Each time when I turn on my laptop, I receive the above error message after about a minute or two after windows has loaded. I've got the dump file but don't have a way of reading it to determine what is causing the issue. Is it possible to add the dump file to this post for someone to check out?
 
Solution
Scan your system with malwarebytes (get it at www.malwarebytes.org). Install, update, and run a full scan. Delete everything it finds. Try again. Some malware can trigger these events as well.

The system will boot into safe mode. Most of the responses I've seen across various forums mention Drivers, however I don't recall installing anything recently other than Ad-Aware. I did try to uninstall it however I was unable to due to windows installer causing an issue.
