IRQL Error, Windows 10.

I am getting the IRQL stop message constantly; this started happening after I was getting what appeared to be memory leaks causing my computer to freeze. I did fix the leaks (turns out it was being caused by a Firefox update that came just before I started getting the errors?)

But I got 1 or 2 of the BSOD's during the problem, and it just happened again after the crash. I have done checkdisck, cleaned my registry, defragmented, and I'm not aware of any drivers that were installed?

That said, I have no idea what else to do. A few posts here had people asking for memory dump files; so here are those files.

Edit: To be clear the BSOD/stop message I am getting is IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal... I'm on windows 10, so the blue screen does not provide any other information, besides IRQL_ECT.

it will scan error logs and present them in words i can understand
It might point out what did it but normally blames windows

Paste results in here if its not obvious what cause is.

What's your hardware, CPU, mobo, PSU, GPU, DRAM? Have latest BIOS and mobo drivers?
