[SOLVED] -IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL- while gaming

Edit temps are never over 70C on GPU and 50C on CPU. PSU is Corsair RM 650x 2018.

Hello, i am really desperate so far, ran through many forums and similar problems, but nothing i tried helped.
First i got new components, pretty much just discs are the same as before, all was ok when i had rx 580 nitro, problems started with vega 56, pc restared while gaming and during psu stress tests, got new psu and now while gaming there are no more restarts but i get IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL BSOD. Tried even older version of radeon sw, 19.9.2

Below i have 3 of my minidumps from around 1 hour, could andybody please tell me whats wrong? Could it be afterall just faulty gpu?

Now i tried with RX 580, just let the game run, everything was okay and suddenly LEDs on keyboard and mouse turned off for 1 sec, then came back, few minutes after BSOD again but with SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION.

And it just got worse, while writing the last answer, pc just froze and B450-F started flashing yellow light, which means ram...

I kept getting that error fairly recently.
I solved it by resetting my BIOS - remove the battery, short the CLEAR CMOS jumper, wait 1 minute then re-insert the battery.
After that I performed a a system restore to a working point and it has been fine ever since.

IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL is typically a ram issue as you may have noticed.

If your motherboard allows it try running a memory diagnostic through the BIOS that scans all memory for errors.
