Go to pages 75-76 and perhaps follow the steps to update BIOS over the internet (or via USB, it might be safer on USB) as your dumps aren't showing your PC info which is normally a sign you have old BIOS. Dumps should show us info about memory and Motherboard, in yours its just blank.
It could help fix problems. if bios too old, it might not be able to follow some instructions and cause crashes.
no dumps shown webcam drivers, I know logitech used to use really old drivers for their webcams but i haven't seen them show in your crashes.
other 2 devices must use default drivers
Synapse is a pain but I don't often see it as cause of errors (bsod anyway). At this rate, we need to reduce factors so perhaps use the other mouse and remove synapse for now.
