Question IRQL not less than or equal

This is happening on a clean install with fresh components straight from the store, below are the specs:

Asrock B450M pro4-F
Amd Ryzen 5 3600
Hyper x fury 2666mhz 4x4gb
1tb 3.5hdd
Nvidia 1050ti

The computer boots to the usb and let’s me navigate a few menus on the windows install but then blue screens with the stop code listed above, MemTest86 shows no memory issues. And bios updated to latest version
Any ideas?

How did you create the bootable USB with windows 10 on it? Try doing it again after formatting the USB completely.

Have tried using the windows media tool after formatting to fat32 and also tried using Rufus to mount the windows 8 iso and that returned with a blue screen and the same error, truly stumped

Yeah still nothing mate, am gonna try retro fit a disc reader and try get a physical copy of win 10 next
