I am not a computer programmer or a genius who messes with computers so please bear with me if I sound ridiculous or completely inept here. I have been experiencing this blue screen problem a few times in the last 3 months. The problem before, was the computer had updates it needed to address, it would restart or shutdown and when I would try to bring it up, it would give me the blue screen, so I would do a system restore to before the updates were made. This worked well until today. NO such luck and when I put it in safe mode, it stays in this mode until I try to reset to normal mode. In normal mode it lasts about 45 seconds before crashing to the blue screen. When I checked my drivers under the device manager, I noticed one of the non-plug and play drivers ("Security Processor Loader") Had a yellow problematic flag on it and after searching blogs here, it seemed I needed to uninstall it and go to the NVIDIA site (my graphics card) to install the latest drivers. I've tried uninstalling this thing 3 times and each time it looks like it disappears--when I restart for the uninstall to be successful, the driver is STILL there on the list with the yellow problem flag on it. When I've uninstalled it, and reinstalled the updated drivers without restarting first, the same thing occurs and after restarting it is not resolving my blue screen issue. Like I mentioned before, while in safe mode, I do not crash at all and I have no idea how else to resolve the issue because everything beyond what I just did is completely "Greek" to me since I have never gotten this far into computer language. Can anyone help me? I need this computer to finish applications and will need for grad school. Desperate now.

The correct way to uninstall any software that's included among the startup programs (and Nvidia drivers are) is as follows:
Disable the Nvidia driver and included software and services from the Microsoft Configurator in Start/Search/type "msconfig" and press Enter.... and from the Startup tab, uncheck the Nvidia driver and anything else* related to it... and from the Services tab, check the box to hide Microsoft services, and uncheck the Nvidia services... next restart the computer and proceede to uninstall the Nvidia Driver, next restart the computer again before reinstalling the updated Nvidia driver.

*If you're unsure if any program in msconfig is related to Nvidia, google for their names as: "What is process.exe" (w/o quotes)...
https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/550192/geforce-drivers/display-driver-uninstaller-ddu-v12-6-4-released-04-11-14-/

uninstall program is above.

other than that if you have a mobo and CPU that support graphics you can try and plug your monitor into the motherboard.

Im not sure what that "download" was supposed to accomplish but it did not work or remove anything from the driver list. The "Security Processor Loader" is still there with the yellow flag on it. The person who created it did mention it was a beta of some sort. I'm seriously at a loss. I can only access my computer in a safe mode. Normal mode only stays for less than 30 seconds now before it crashes to the blue screen.
